Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Problem

I am having this type of acne since 6 to 7 months. Medical history of pcos but regular periods. I am currently taking glucophage 250 mg daily one. And i was taking vit D and b12 supliment from aug to dec now left. No other history. Please suggest why is this?
