Yes if you can afford serums, you will be able to decrease scars. But you should be aware it will take atleast 8 weeks.

Do u have active acne? As u mentioned you have scars only.

For that you need proper acne treatment. 1st they will have to be treated properly, then only you should go for scar treatment.

You can use DUAC gel on new acne 2 times daily. In night you can use Skin-A cream at night. And always use a good sunblock in morning for eg. Skin Aqua 50+ SPF. Goodluck. And contact me whenever you need. Better to followup in 15-20 days.
