Talk to Dermatologist on Anal Problem

Male 20 My brother is facing some issues in the a**l region he cannot stand or sit still. Some days ago he was suffering from a high fever but after a day it becomes normal he says he is feeling stretchness and pain while moving. We have visited doctor and the doctor said it is a fungal infection and gave him some medicine but his condition is same as before. there is not any blister or not any clear redness in the area. I will attach a prescription and affected area once the post is approved. Thank u
