Just for redness use Lignocaine gel 2%.
If blisters than polyfex plus.
In both cases wash proper with tap water for cooling.

Hello there,
Assalaam'o'alaikum!
Wash the burn immediately under cold water for 5-10 minutes, clean with soap and water only,apply polyfax ointment, you can cover it with guaze piece if needed to avoid rubbing, no need to apply antibiotic unless gets infected( in this case use Fudic H cream), if blister is formed you can apply quench cream. These are the few things you can do depending on the type of burns I mentioned above.
