Patient with diabetes, Paralysed, heart & kidney issue. Pls suggest some remedies or actions that can prevent or cure the Bedsores. visited nearby hospital & doctor but no proper guidelines. Some cleaning agent / creams / dressing that can be beneficial pls suggest.

Thanks doctor, we use anti bed sore mattress but the issue is fluid from bedsore gets stuck to cotton placed on bedsore as mattress is plastic material & direct contact may impair the wound.
