Assalaam-O-Alaikum dear Dr's I am business class student Actually problem is this I have little black or brown moles on face.Some of them from childhood and some got at age of 14 to 17.I don't know the reason may be lack of some nutrients or anything else.I am here to know the proper solution in any form gel ,lotion or cream whatever but I wanna avoid laser treatment I know Co2 effectable.I also saw remedies the best one is apply cider vinegar but still I didn't tried anything without proper discussion .Please give me proper solution or best suggestions.I am also going to share my face picture for better understanding....

Moles are normal and y will continue to have them throughout your whole life. If your don't like them, have then removed surgically be a plastic surgeon.

Dear patient, these are normal unless you want cosmetic procedure. You need to avoid direct sun exposure and keep watching if any mole change in size and shape.

No sir no one mole can change size or shape yeah I was careless play games along time in sunlight without using sunblocks so this is due to U.v rays?
