you need to visit any Dr near by you, hypertension is not good in this age, keep Ur BP in control, change Ur sitting posture for some time it's causing dark spots on Ur foot. u must have to change Ur shoes & slippers too.

Avoid prolong standing, elevate your legs while you are in a sitting or lying position.
Change your slippers/shoes, use cloth material based shoes/ slippers.
Take antiallergics at night & apply betasalic ointment twice daily.

ideally a proper examination is required, your foot care should be taken care of and selection of right shoes & position. suggest to get it examined so can tailor right creams. Regards
