Talk to Dermatologist on Body Allergy

It’s been a week, my niece and I suffering from allergy all over the body specially on armpits, around bellybutton and under knees. we’ve had taken from nearby clinic but it shows no effect instead it’s getting severe day by day and spreading to other family members too. Kindly recommend me any anti allergic medicine. Thanks in advance
