Greetings, I've been having flu since a fee days and my face skin has started breaking out badly. My skin is oily. Moreover, my hair volume is very less and they are really thin. Plus excessive hair fall has begun. What can I do about these issues?

Ideally I need to examine your scalp and face and on top of it you have flu as well.
First of all please have covid19 test done because that too starts as flu symptoms.
Either I or any other qualified Dermatologist must examine your scalp and hair and your face skin to assess and make a diagnosis. However I am located in Karachi and you can't come.
But you need proper examination. online exam will not be good for you

My flu is 8-9 days old now and nasal polyps seem to be the main cause. I don't have any other symptom. Should I still go for COVID test?

I think you should assess yourself. If in your opinion you did not out shopping, came in contact with someone who later showed symptoms of covid19, you can delay your test. But if you have even slightest of difficulty in breathing, body or abdominal pain, diarrhoea, you must have the test done.
