I’ve suffered from back and chest acne for a long time. It has spread to the back of my neck and my shoulders too now. Any advice on how to deal with it?

Betay you are 17 years old. Acne is hormonal and genetic. It stays in one form or the other even subsides with treatment and can come again till the age of hormonal decline.

You can start with Tab Adoxa 100mg once daily at night. Avoid too much sun exposure. Apply Clycin T lotion twice daily on trunkal lesions. Apply minimally, Brevoxyl cream or gel daily at night on pimples of face. Use face wash. Acne aid bar for bathing. Consult dermatologist in person or online for further management
