Continuous Acne On Chin And One Small Boil On Cheek

Question

i have continous chin acne  ,some stomach issues also like gas, some time Ibs and tongue rash )periods are reduced from 6 days to 3 to 4 but red pimples on chin from 6 months.  gastroentologist gave me stomah and acne medicine ( fasigen , some acne antibiotic i dont remember, dextop ,enzyme plus ,librax tablet and gaviscon syrup)
last year and fortunatey they gone but came back.
