Talk to Dermatologist on Cyst / Bumps + Scars On Face

Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Lahore

I have attached a picture of the right side of my face. I had the top cyst for around 2-3 years but it swelled up 4-5 days ago. I have the following questions from the experts:

1. Are the cysts treatable? if a surgical procedure is required then will it leave mark on face? or should I just wait for it to ease up by itself?

2. Are the scars treatable? what will be the procedure? I want to google it beforehand in order to avoid any harm.

3. whom should I consult for these issues? dermatologists or cosmetologists or the laser skin specialist or an acupuncture specialist? what should be the best approach for treating these issues. If someone can recommend some good references in Lahore (near Johar town area) then that would be super helpful!

TIA

Acne. You need to be treated with oral retinoid if no contraindications. Sometimes an individual cyst can be treated with intra lesional steroid injection

The lesion which shows in the pic is not a cyst. Just a little large papule which can go away with proper medication. No surgical intervention required.
Acne when heals leaves depressed scars which often are ugly especially when on front of r face.

There is no medicine for it's treatment either oral or topical. The scars are treated by a qualified Dermatologist who has had training and lots of experience in treating such disorders.

Depending upon the nature, size and depth of the scar, it is treated with PRP, Scar subcision, Microneedling and with The newest Plasma Fibroblasting. Sometimes all the treatment procedures are combined either simultaneously or one after another. It requires a lot patience.
If you need to know more about the treatment procedures or about the disease itself, please feel free to make an appointment thru Marham.
