Salam doctors. my sister recently got married and moved to Hobart, Tasmania on 16th Dec. she complained of these danay on her back and below neck (attached in image) with some itching too. can any doctor please suggest if it's something to worry about? and what should she do to treat it as it's the holiday season there?

Although picture is of poor quality but it seems that the rash is of Acne. Since she might be needing prolonged oral antibiotics, in my opinion she should consult a doctor in her city.
