plz book appointment thru marham fir clinic or on line consultation.
First of all your face must be covered with a thick scarf, thicker then malmal when you are out of the building. Even when you are traveling in a car during sunlight hours. Avoid eating spinach completely.

I don’t eat spinach much and by covering my face will these go away?

They will lighten up considerably in about 6 months. Drug treatments are not good as pigmentation comes back. Response with lasers is good in very few people. Most of the time it makes it worse. PRP has better results, provided you find a doctor in your area who injects it intra-dermal and not by microneedling alone.
