Talk to Dermatologist on Dermatitis?

Pt is olive complexion, she has eczema and skin allergy to perfume in skin products. Currently has lota on Lower and Upper extremity. Had a rash 2 times on palm of hands in the last 3 months small red, itchy, raised bumps hard to the touch, spread when scratched. Also a small consistent localized rash on labia majoria that is dry, itchy, fairer (whiteish) than skin tone and dry white skin flakes off persistent for a few months. Could those rashes be eczema, jock itch, lota, ring worm or even syphallis? Which is most likely?
