Dermatological/ring Worm Infection

Question

I&rsquo;m having ring worm infection on my body. I used topical anti fungals for 1 month but it didn&rsquo;t work. I&rsquo;m currently taking carbamezapine for some other medical condition. can i take oral terbinafine with carbamezapine?

yes.. U can but still take immuo boosters too. and you are supposed to use antifungal for month or more than a month depend on severity of infection..so better consult dermatologist too.

AoA. Carbamazepine can decrease the bioavailability of terbinafine but it&rsquo;s fine. Use 250mg/day for 3 weeks
