aoa my son is 13 months old and he have lice and nits in his hair I don't know how he got bcz no one at home does I don't want for him to go bald is there any solution?

use 1%permethrin lotion..apply at night in child's head all area n wrap with a cap or cloths leave like 8hrs n then wash with shampoo
.avoid touching eyes n face of child
do this only once .after that wash hair 3times a week with aniti lice shampoo
