Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Lahore

Age 26 female.i have lentigines on my face. Drs says it can be only cured through laser and anything else would just disappear them temporarily.is that true? I've been recommended only cecon tablets and sunblock. But that is not enough,they are still visible on my face that looks so bad

lentigines mostly happened by solar exposure, you hit daily by sun exposure on day time?
if not then confirm it's lentigines or Lentigo or melasma?
it's. not cure by laser it's treated mostly cryosurgery or appropriate medicated lotion or creams.
