I have a major hair fall problem. I had to shave my head 2 to 3 times every year to save remaining hair. My hair skin is extremely oily and when i rub my hair small white powder type substance keep dropping off. Don't know if its dandruff or what. Kindly guide.

hair fall may have several reasons.
if u have flaky hairs it might be due to seborrhic dermatitis or tinea capitis which is fungal infection.
consult nearby Dermatologist for expert opinion after lockdown
, meanwhile u can use any ketoconazole shampoo to wash your scalp twice a week for 15days.
Plz post close picture of scalp- it can be fungal/ dandruff or seborrhic or psoriatic lesion
