Tinea can be resistant if not treated with appropriate medicine and for appropriate time . The cream that you are using is a steroid that can actually worsen the fungal infection . Also if you are breast feeding oral antifungals are not recommended. I would suggest you and your spouse to visit your nearby dermatologist for checkup and proper medicine .
