Kbi bht red ho jata ha aur aise lgta ha andr se bht garam ho RHA ha hath tb itching b Ziada hoti ha aur pain b hoti ha ....khud e redness khtm ho jate ha

This is most likely Irritant contact Dermatitis.Try to avoid contact with any chemicals be it detergent,dish wash or any other chemical.Wear gloves while doing any such task like washing, cleaning etc. Use mild soap.Apply Dermovate Ointment twice daily for 2 weeks.

You have Irritant Contact Eczema. The first line of treatment is strict avoidance of soaps detergents and handling of other chemicals. First put on cotton hand glove then rubber have glove over it and then you can do kitchen and bathroom work.
If you don't do the above mentioned, all medical treatment will be fail.

Is it only on ur hands or any other body part too. Need to have detailed history and examination. My advice will be NOT to use any medicine till some dermatologist has prescribed u after seeing u. Regards
