confirm diagnosis can be given on biopsy but on the basis of this pic it looks like pyogenic granuloma or infected skin tag

yes removal is necessary and after removal specimen sent to histopathologist, its the better option so you should know about underlying issue

Aslamoalikum, it's looks like payogenic granuloma, please see a dermatologist. Need surgical removal and send for biopsy to establish the diagnosis. Asap.Thanks

Dear Client,
This was a pedunculated lesion that might have not bothered her in the beginning but probably due to long standing friction, it seems to have gotten infected and possibly dead where the skin is black. I would suggest you get it excised and send it for biopsy. If you are in Karachi, you can visit me at my clinic.
