AoA. I've never had any pimple for all my life, not even in teenage. But I started having acne (pustules and papules). Just 3,4 days before my cycle i develop 2,3 pustules,that start disappearing after start of cycle. And after end of my cycle, i get papules overnight. I've moderate skin type, never used any cosmetic on my face,thus I've very normal skin. But all of the sudden it started happening. I think it started after i took a herbal syrup for my period, I've regular 28 days cycle, that lasts 2 day only, that's why a doctor recommended me that syrup i.e. Khatooni syrup. After that syrup I've got this problem of acne. Is there any way to deal with it. I asked the same question in marham fb group, a female doctor asked me to apply benzoyl peroxide on acne, it helped with dealing the pimple, as it diffuses the pimple. But nothing helped with getting papules frequently. Today i woke up with 3 new papules. Please help me with it. Is there any supplement that can help me and my pimples
