A woman age 54 is having some problem in the foot. The skin is dry and cracked on the foot and difficult to walk having pain. See attach the photo.

She is having this skin disorder for quite a while and hasn't been being treated or not following doctor's instructions.
She must gently scrape the dead skin using skin scrapper but must NOT pull the dead skin. Apply Vaseline 5 times a day and put on cotton socks. Do not dampen or wet feet except while bathing.
