there is dandruff with hair thinning. use bionnex anti hairfall antidandruf shampoo thrice weekly. apply betonil lotion at bedtime daily for 10 days.
Dear patient, it is dandruff. It’s very easy to diagnose but need sincerity from both end Dr and patients sides. It’s a residual disease but inshallah will be cured. There is so many products and treatment available for this condition. I hope you had used it, please could you let me know what you have used so far. I will glad to help inshallah.

It may be plain dandruff - difficult to diagnose on these pictures but it seems either it's Seb Derm or it's advanced form, Pity Amiantacea.
I don't know where is this city where she lives but she must be examined by an experienced and qualified Dermatologist to make a correct diagnosis
