Dull Skin

Question

AOA. I have acne problem since 3 years and I m taking medicine now so my acne is much much better now just some spots are here but my face color is becoming dull day by day so can I take any multivitamin for this ?
Note: I m taking isonas ( isotretinoin) for acne since 2 months and my doctor said to take for four months so I can\'t stop right now
