this is a sign of weakness and vitamin and mineral deficiencies in your body.
improve your diet. take nutrients rich foods . e. g : vegetables like spinach, tomato, cabbage etc and fruits like apple, banana etc
also start taking some multi vitamin supplements for 2-3 months like Surbex Z
