History:
I suffered from typhoid back in 2019 and had a constant 105 degrees fever for approximately 2 weeks. I recovered well but started experiencing extreme hairfall after two months, lost 80% of my hair. Consulted Dr Faria asad and she prescribed many medicines which i dont remember completely but some of them were:
- Pillus Spray - Bioxine hair oil - Biotin - Zinc
It worked well and it showed improvement within a month. My hair did well and made a full healthy recovery till 2021.
Moving forward, i caught covid in February 2022 and started experiencing hair fall again. Still controllable. Later suffered from Dengue in October 2022 and the hair fall is the worst ever since.
Not improving and have lost 80% of my hair again.
I have consulted Dr Saira Mohsin back in June 2023 and the medicines i was prescribed were:

Ok don't worry.. It's telogen effluvium. As you have already tried multiple treatments with variable results you can undergo PRP with mesotherapy for the satisfactory results.
Cause of your hair fall is Telogen Effluvium. All the treatment prescribed is helpful. Plz continue the treatment. The hairfall will improve in sha Allah.

You need to go for Hair PRP/mesotherapy
Dear continue your treatment as prescribed and wait for at least 6 months to see response
Meanwhile get your CBC for Haemoglobin and serum vit D3 done as deficiencies of these are also lead to hair fall and low immunity

Its telogen effluvium, it'll take time to recove,r at least 4 to 6 months. Continue your treatment and if not satisfied than take consultation for PRP.
first rule out the cause of hairfall..
go for basic tests like blood CP, serum folate , vitamin B12, thyroid profile, vitamin D
then consult dermatologist.

Its better to post a current picture of your current situation regarding scalp. So one can guide you better. It cud be any other underlying cause as well. Needs to be asked few more questions.

My height is 5ft 4 inches and weight is currently 68 kgs

It looks like as your body's immune system is in compromised state that's why you are not getting better and getting this problem again
But don't worry it is completely treatable and your hairfall will stop and you will not get this problem again after proper treatment

It seems that tour immunity is low as well not recovering properly. I would recommend using
-Fruits
-Nuts
-Good water intake in your daily routine.
Do avoid
-junks
-fried items
- Hotel meals
-soft drinks
- excessive chai/ coffee in your daily routine.
Medicines prescribed are perfect but add some good multi vitamins along with the precautions mentioned above.
Dont forget to recite drud shrif and make due for tour hairs daily.

You should change hairmax 2% to hair max 5% ,tab aldactone 100mg one per day...tab surbex z one per day...(all for 3 to 6 months)
Check your iron level,calcium level and get your thyroid profile done
Treatment is mostly good. its post stress or post disease hair fall called telogen effluvium. Usually settle within 6 months or so. Give medicine some time.
I think u need prp sessions and some lab investigations
