Talk to Dermatologist on Extreme Hairfall

I have been facing hairfall problem since 2017. From the last two months I 've been using minoxin and I' ve seen a little difference in some of the affected areas. But Shedding of hair is still same. Moreover it was only frontal hair and crow hair that was shedding lately But Now it seems like my hair are falling from all over the head. I want to use oral minoxidil instead of spray becouse its very hard to cover the overall head and I think the effect is less and side effect is more with topical minoxidil.
