Assalamu alaikum sir mujhe 2 saal se social anxiety hai likin mera sab se barha aur sab se takleef deni wala masla ye hai ke mai jab kesi se bath krtha hu tu mera chehra buhut zyada surkh hojata hai neck se upar wala area buhut he garam aur surkh rehta hai 24 ghanti aur jab garmi mai bahir nikal jao to buhut bura haal hota hai mera rasti mai kesi se bath nahe krtha keyonki rang directly bure tarah se surkh hojata aur pir control nahe kr pa raha 24 ghanti face itchy sa rehta hai kya ye sab social anxiety ke waja se ho raha ya face allergy hai please rehnumai farmaye
