Talk to Dermatologist on Face Acne Scar Issue

AoA, I have been a victim of acne issues for the past 8 9 years. My acne is almost gone now. I have two issues right now with my face. I'm seeking doctors' opinions on these issues and a rough cost estimate for the treatment. I know it's hard to put any cost figure but a very rough figure would help me in judging whether I should go for the treatment or not. 1. I have these acne scars on my face. I want to know whether these scars can be fixed 100% or the fix would be around 50% better than the current situation. 2. My beard is extremely patchy and pimples grow with ingrown beard hair. I have a very bad habit of touching my face and I try to avoid it as much as possible.

Any guidance for the solutions to these issues will be super helpful for me.
