Talk to Dermatologist on Face Skin Problem

Face skin problem ( Red dark rashes , pimples , white heads and black heads heads) Please help me guide and suggest me what face wash is best for removal dark acnes and best for pimple . Every years in the winter starting i faced same issue and hardly occurred pimples patches and rashes etc its painfull . I have treated almost before 2014 but still not proper treatment provided guide me best face wash for my skin problem . and my skin is in winter fully dried and in summer its oily its really bad for me please guide me how to recover my problem i have also lost more money now I can't afford more please solve my issue Jazak Allah

Jazak Allah for your kind response but Doctor my skin is not oily it's totally dried and rashes appeared after using oil free soap and face wash etc. please suggest me for dry skin its the mixture in winter goes to totally dried and in summer its oily but my skin was cleared now I'm feeling embarrassing and loss my confidence.
