Talk to Dermatologist on Front Baldness + Seborrheic

I'm a 24 year old female.

I have been struggling with hair thinning / frontal baldness from 2-3 years now.

I used to feel that I have a lighter hair type which is my mujhe vehm horaha hai k baldness horahi hai.

But now the condition is getting very bad. My scalp is very much visible now. So much baldness.

I also have seborrheic dermatitis since I was a child. Used to treat it with photonic shampoo but it comes back always.

I am using stieproxal shampoo to treat dermatitis from 2 months now. Didn't gain much success.

I am stressed that I'll go bald soon with these issues.

My hair get volume when I shower but the very next day they look completely dead and scalp gets too visible.

And eyebrows se bhi I lose a few hair every now and then. Which I don't think is a common thing.

Are hormones the cause? Should I get hair PRP treatment done on head? Or it is something with the diet? Deficiency? Please help!!
