Talk to Dermatologist on Got Skin Tag Removal Done With Laser, One Of The Site Seems Infected

Got Skin tag removal done with laser, one of the site seems infected. The rest of the sites are fine, no pain whatsoever. But this one site is pinkish/redish on the edges, seems like there's pus inside and it pains. Doctor told me to use provate g cream twice a day. It has been 2 days since i got the laser done. Doctor has gone to Umrah and whatsapp is also off hence here at Marham. Is this a part of the healing process or is it really infected? Should I keep using provate g on this site, this cream also pains when I apply it over here. This cream does not pain on other sites. please dont ask me to book an appointment, just let me know if its a part of the healing process or does it look infected? And whether Provate g cream is fine?
