From past few days I m experiencing scalp pain whenever I tye my hair for a long time. I feel pain when moving or touching my hair from that particular part of the scalp but after 1 or 1.5 hr it goes away. I don't have persistent scalp pain. Besides, I m taking only priorin from couple of months . My S.Dermititis treatment is still ongoing. but still my hair fall is getting worse day by day and it has also made my hair extremely thin. Please guide me and suggest me another treatment except PrP since I can not afford this treatment.
