Assalam o alaikum. Sir mera hair fall ka masla kafi arsy se chal raha hai sath he abi lahore ay huy mjhy 9 mahiny huy or mery adhy se zyada hair white ho gy hen. Kindly in dono maslon ka koi solution bta den plz.
Hair could turn grey after at the age of 32 especially if you have a family history of early graying or f har. But if u feel it happened very suddenly the. U could have nutritional deficiencies such as iron vit d b12 ferritin copper or zinc deficiency. Also get your self checked for thyroid issues.

V high stress(physical or mental) can lead to oxidative stress on cells that may lead to greying of hair as well. Get your self tested for internal nutritional deficiencies. Get supplements according to deficiency instead of taking multivitamins blindly. There is no guarantee though if greying will reverse or not .
