From what u have written i am to understand that you are losing hour for two reasons. First due to male pattern baldness which is baldness running in your maternal or paternal or both sides of the family.

Secondly you also have dandruff suggesting that you have fungal infection of the scalp hair roots.

Both these conditions have made your hair roots very very weak causing hair thinning and baldness.

First you will be needing anti-fungal treatment and when your fungus had completely be cured then treatment for Baldness will start. It's a long process.

Here I would like to inform you that treatments cannot be started without first taking carful history from you and clinical examination of the scalp.

It is therefore requested to kindly attend clinic at dou Talwar Clifton so that your treatment may be started after examination. I am working during this lock down and you may come at 3pm any day.

Hi u can use novaphane k shampoo twice a week for 5 mins and wash and u can take tab surbex z once daily for 30 days and have ur cbc and thyroid profile also

thanks mam for ur response. novaphane k is not available in market if you have any alternative product then suggest me. and u mentioned thyroid. but which type of thyroid i visited to laboratory they said to me thyroid type. ?
