Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Falling And Bald Shades In My Top Head

I am 24 year old , law student , 50 kg weight ! No meditation or using any shampoo or something else only using coconut oil at night and wash my hair with Lux shampoo early in the morning ! My hairs are falling day by day almost 60+ hairs fall during early morning i found them on my pillow and so many hairs on comb and in my hands when i use to set my hairs at any time ! Please guide me well i am very depressed because of my early age hair fall ;
