Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Loss (alopicia Areata) (ophiasis Patten)

I have hair loss back side of the head almost 2.5 month ago. i use different oil homeopathic but didn't find any result and it grow. after sometime I went to a doctor and she did PRP session and give a minoxidil spray, zinc GNC tablet, Irobex tablet and biotin shampoo to use. I use it regularly and some very thin white color hair showing up where she did PRP session but not growing.

A few days later, I start lossing my hair from my uper head and all. now I cleaned my head. that is the whole condition I explained.

my question is: I know the tablets are very good I searched it. spray and shampoo is also suitable. but hair still not growing. now I am seeing hair loss starting from my left arm as well. I am getting treatment, It should stop. but very worried now. need your suggestions. I also can visit to you. but please don't try your tests on me. I am already suffering. Thanks
