Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Loss Maybe Bcz Of Diet

I have start seeing that I am slowly losing hair and my hairline is damaged , I was obese then lost weight in a rapid way so maybe it was bcz of the diet , so should I eat supplements or shave my head for better growth or eat some specific food , thanks
