Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Removal From Chin Area

Assalamoalaikm Respected Dermatologists, i have a little problem n need a honest consultancy, i have harmonal issue due to which my chin area is getting hairs, its not too much severe issue but i am fed up by thread them n due to threading my chin gets cuts n marks, i thought for laser hair removal treatmnt but if there's any medical treatmnt to resolve this issue than i can go for it... please help me for this issue, Will w8 for answer, Thnkyu very much , جزاک اللّٰہ خیر
