Yes in ladies if there is high testosterone levels in their blood, they start to lose hair from all over the scalp abs in addition to that several other dermatological disorders and several other problems in the body. Your reports are way on the higher side but you have not mentioned on which day of the menstrual cycle the test was performed. If done on dates you get wrong reading. If it is really that high, then you must first consult an endocrinologist.
