Salam.. koi extra material use nh kia hairs per like gell or any cream.. 2 saal phely tak bilkul theek thy hairs achanak se hairfall shuru hogaya hai r kafi gir rahy hai.. i am 22,kya hairfall ruk sakta hai real me? mene koshish bhut ki hai like onion, lassan ka pani,oil but koi faida nh horaha.. please suggest
