When was your baby delivered? Get your Hb level checkedyour . It might be either due to low Hb ( Anaemia) or prolonged Telogen effluvium.

You need not to worry about it. Its Telogen effluvium and hair loss due to anaemia. You will get all of your hair back in a couple of months. just get a CBC with peripheral picture from the agha khan or shoukat khanum lab and visit a medical specialist to correct your anaemia.
