I have this issue since June 2024.
Idk where I went wrong.
When I use too much cold cream to 2-3 ghanty k lie yeh masla nhi hota. lakin thori dair baad phir hojata hai.
No as such change in routine.
Also koi test nhi karaya na hi koi medicine li.
