Talk to Dermatologist on Head Acne Past Hx Of Face Acne

Aoa respected dr my name is abid Ali i am 30 year old and single i am doing housejob right now.. I had past history of acne on face for which i had antibiotics for long with not good improvement with antibiotics i start vitamin A on the advice of One dermatologist AP with that my face acne become which i used minimum for 60 to 90 days after clearing my face acne with isotretanon 20 mg after one to 2 year there start acne on my head acne sometimes with pus and discharge its looking like carbuncles sometimes with itching in size varies which affecting my hairs i had antibiotics sometimes but it only ok when eating antibiotics but as antibiotics finished again same problem start.. Pls any respect doc can share expert openion i will be very thankful.
