Talk to Dermatologist on Head Lice And Pimples

Assalamualaikum Dr. I'm having severe problem of head lice, nits and unhatched eggs along with itching, dryness, extreme frizzy hair. I'm also having pimples with puss in my scalp due to which unable to comb hair properly. I have been using sebornil shampooer and conaz lotion but there is not any progress. Kindly help me to get rid of this problem and prescribe something best for treatment as I'm pregnant as well
