Can anyone please tell me the treatment for Hidradenitis suppurativa. I had this 12 years ago and recently I have it again.

Don’t think can add a picture here, at the moment it’s all swelled up, under armpit, and white color puss is coming out of it. I have had Clindamycin 300mg, twice a day, and rifampicin 300mg once a day, have had it for two days but no change in situation. From today have started adoxa 100mg once a day, but don’t know if this will help either

As you have explained your condition to me its a serious condition you have to visit a dermatologist soon or you can visit me at my clinic .Kindly dont do self medication.
