I have been noticing these ridges on my toenail since a few weeks. Now as my nail is growing, so are ridges moving forward. you can see in picture attached that there are prominent lines on the right end of my nail. what should I do?

These horizontal lines are non pathological. You got those becoz perhaps you had some prolonged illness a few months back.

just had slight depression and "fear of melanoma" when I came across some brown marks on nail but now I came to know that those brown marks maybe subungual hematoma

Stop googling. It's nothing what you have. Maybe your depression did that. Anyways as your nail edge advances, in the few months you will get rid of it. There is no nail disorder.
