Talk to Dermatologist on Hyperhidrosis

I'm suffering from hyperhidrosis since i was a child but never cared much about it. now that I'm doing a job and i have to meet a lot of people every day it is very embarrassing to have sweaty palms while shaking hands, and the level of sweat is almost like washing my hands with water , can some please guide me where to consult.
